高雪,博士,渤海大学副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事食品质量安全检测领域的相关研究工作,发表SCI论文30余篇,授权专利1件,主持承担国家自然科学基金1项,主持辽宁省食品安全重点实验室项目1项,渤海大学博士科研启动基金项目1项,渤海大学海洋研究院项目1项。
