葛永红,博士,渤海大学教授,硕士生导师。中国食品科学技术学会高级会员辽宁省生鲜食品贮运保鲜安全专业委员会委员辽宁省食品科学技术学会理事辽宁省农业农村标准化技术委员会农产品贮运分会委员主要从事采后生物学与技术方面的研究,近5年来发表SCI论文40余篇ESI高被引3申请国家发明专利6件,授权专利2指导的硕士研究生获得辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文2篇。
