李颖畅
李颖畅，女，工学博士，教授，硕士研究生导师，国家教育部学位论文评审专家；辽宁省水产学会理事，辽宁省食品科学技术学会高级会员。《Food Bioscience》、《食品科学》、《食品工业科技》、《食品安全质量检测学报》等杂志审稿人。美国University of Georgia访问学者；加拿大Lakehead University访问学者。
讲授《生物化学》、《食品风味化学》、《功能性食品》、《现代仪器分析技术及实验》等本科和研究生课程。
主要从事水产品的加工与贮藏、食品质量与安全控制等方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、辽宁省教育厅重点实验室项目、辽宁省自然科学基金项目、辽宁省区域创新联合基金项目、辽宁省教育厅基础研究项目等10余项。参与“十四五”国家科技支撑计划项目、 “十三五”国家科技支撑计划项目等多项。以第一作者或者通讯作者在《Food Chemistry》、《Food Bioscience》、《Journal of the science of food and agriculture》、《European Food Research and Technology》、《中国食品学报》、《食品科学》、《食品与发酵工业》、《营养学报》等期刊发表论文100余篇，其中被SCI和EI收录50余篇；授权国家发明专利10余件，主编著作2部，副主编教材3部；获辽宁省自然科学成果奖一等奖1项、三等奖3项。指导的本科生参加国家级、省级大学生创新创业赛事多项，指导的硕士研究生获得国家奖学金多次。
