于小帅,博士,辽宁省首批青年科技托举人才,渤海大学讲师,农业工程学会高级会员,中国粮油学会会员,硕士生导师。主要从事淀粉资源转化与利用、植物基食品挤压创制等方面的研究工作,近5年来以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇 (SCI一区TOP 9篇),申请国家发明专利6件,授权专利1件。先后参与国家自然科学基金、“十四五”国家重点研发计划、辽宁省国际合作项目等工作。现主持辽宁省科技联合计划项目1项,校级科研项目2项,小麦和玉米深加工国家重点实验室开放课题1项,横向课题1项;参与制定并颁布实施地方标准2项;参编著作2部。
