闫孟红,博士,渤海大学副教授,硕士生导师。近年来研究主要围绕RNA结构、修饰及功能展开,已建立起LC-MS/MS高通量检测RNA修饰的方法平台,利用该方法发现精子tsRNAs上存在多种修饰,并发现肥胖小鼠精子RNA中携带有传递父代获得性性状的表观遗传信息并进一步发现精子tsRNAs及其修饰在精子跨代遗传信息传递中起着重要的调控作用;后续研究发现tsRNAs分子末端存在磷酸和环磷酸修饰并建立起PANDORA-seq测序平台。到目前为止共发表文章17篇,研究成果发表在Science, Nature Cell BiologyAnalytical Chemistry等专业期刊上,其中发表在Science上的文章被WEB OF SCIENCE™列为“高被引论文”。该研究入选科技部评选的“2016 年度中国科学十大进展”和中国科协评选的“2016 年中国生命科学领域十大进展”。目前研究方向1) RNA等生物活性大成分的递送功能机制2) 食源性活性成分在慢性代谢性疾病中的作用及机制

主持并参与了多个国家基金委的相关研究课题。作为业务骨干参与重点研发计划(2018YFC1004502项目,曾主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项(编号3167083081472181),国家自然科学基金青年基金(编号309002501项,作为子课题负责人参与中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(A类)子课题;中国博士后科学基金资助1项;曾参与国家自然科学基金委、国家科技重大专项、上海市科委等课题。
