王当丰,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。中国农技协科技小院首席专家,渤海大学启航英才,兼任辽宁省食品科学技术学会副秘书长,中国农学会青年工作委员会委员,中国食品科学技术学会会员。主要从事水产品贮藏保鲜营养成分挖掘及酶工程等方面的研究,近5年来发表SCI论文16篇(中科院大区1区收录论文15篇,IF10.04篇,ESI高被引1篇),单篇最高引用100余次,H指数22,申请国家发明专利20件,授权专利10件。主持目前主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题、国家资助博士后研究人员计划、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等国家级、省部级及横向课题10余项。指导学生获辽宁省大学生中医药大健康产业创新创业大赛一等奖。是Journal of Future Foods, Food & Medicine Homology杂志青年编委,以及Chemical Engineering JournalCarbohydrate PolymersJournal of Agriculture and Food ChemistryFood Microbiology、食品工业科技等国内外期刊审稿人。
