张广琛,博士,渤海大学副教授,硕士生导师。硕、博师从陈温福院士,现为中国农业科学院&山东禹王生态食业有限公司联培博士合作导师为李培武院士和刘军正高级工程师。主要从事稻米精准加工、谷物营养品质改良技术等方面研究,近五年,发表学术论文三十余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者Nature CommunicationsFood Chemistry、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry和《农业工程学报》等期刊发表SCI、EI论文二十余篇;现主持十四五国家重点研发计划子课题、辽宁省重点研发计划子课题辽宁省博士启动项目、辽宁省教育厅青年项目以及百万级横向课题等项目,参与国家自然科学基金联合基金、比尔及梅琳达·盖茨基金会非洲援助计划等国内外项目;围绕国家粮食安全、食品产业发展等方面撰写资政报告获辽宁省省委书记、辽宁省省长等省部级领导批示,相关建议被全国政协、辽宁省政府等部门采纳;曾作为民主党派代表在辽宁省省政协举行、省政协主席主持的“加快促进民族乡村实现全面振兴”月度协商座谈会做专题报告;制定地方标准1项;获辽宁省优秀博士学位论文、全国高校商业精英挑战赛最佳指导教师、省级创新创业竞赛优秀指导教师等荣誉;以第一指导教师指导本科生完成国家级大学生创新创业赛事多项,多次荣获国家级创新创业赛事奖励还在剧组当过群众演员。
