刘超，博士，渤海大学讲师，硕士生导师，全国科普工作先进工作者，辽宁省优秀企业科技特派员。主要从事水产动植物种养和精深加工方面的研究，近5年来发表SCI论文10余篇，申请国家发明专利7件，授权专利3件。
