我校食品科技大平台两位年轻博士获得省自然科学学术奖三等奖

我校食品科技大平台仪淑敏博士的论文“Tea polyphenols inhibit Pseudomonas aeruginosa through damage to the cell membrane”和李学鹏博士的论文“Postmortem changes in yellow grouper (Epinephelus awoara) fillets stored under vacuum packaging at 0℃”获得2012年度浙江省自然科学学术奖三等奖。
