Zeshan Ali

Dr. Zeshan Aliis Associate Professor in the College ofFood Science and Engineeringat Bohai University. He completed his postgraduate studies at UVAS Lahore, Pakistan in the discipline of Food Science and Nutrition, and in 2019 completed his Ph.D. in Food Science at the Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China. He also has post graduate diploma in Food Safety & Control accreditedby Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland. He has Postdoctoral Research experience from School of Food Science and Nutrition Sciences, Shaanxi Normal University, Xian, China.  He started his professional career in medical diagnostic setup and he was elected Lecturer in 2014at Minhaj University Lahore, Pakistan.

Dr. Zeshan has more than 30 scientific publications in peer review international journals, more than 5 announcements in scientific conferences and has authored 2 bookchapters in Food Science and Nutrition. He has more than four years teaching experience in well reputed universities. He is also working as editor in few peers reviewed International Journals such as CPQ Nutrition. He is winner of 4 Gold medals and one silver medal from University of Health Sciences, Lahore, Pakistan.

Research goal is to protect public health using differentphytonutrients to significantly reduce the prevalence of health problems and promote the introduction of higher quality and safer food to both the industry and consumers.

Zeshan Ali，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，研究生毕业于巴基斯坦拉合尔大学（UVAS Lahore），获食品科学和营养硕士学位，2019年博士毕业于江苏大学，获食品科学博士学位，是陕西师范大学食品科学与营养学院博士后，并获苏格兰皇家环境健康研究所认证的食品安全与控制硕士学位。2014年起在巴基斯坦Minhaj University Lahore担任讲师，2023年入职渤海大学食品科学与工程学院。主要从事食品营养与健康方面的研究工作，研究目标是利用植物营养素保护公众健康，降低健康问题的发生，为业界和消费者提供更高质量和更安全的食品。发表了30多篇SCI论文，参与撰写《Food Science and Nutrition》，是CPQ Nutrition等SCI期刊的编辑，主讲《公共营养学》、《营养状况评估》、《不同年龄阶段的营养需求》、《营养咨询》等课程。获巴基斯坦拉合尔健康科学大学4枚金牌和1枚银牌。
