白淼

白淼，讲师，博士毕业于东北师范大学，University of Louisville博士后，美国酒精协会会员，粮油团队硕士研究生导师。主要从事酒精损伤，功能性食品开发，大豆副产物综合利用等方面研究。近五年发表SCI论文三篇，以第一发明人申请国家发明专利5项。现主持校级项目一项，企业横向项目两项。
